Principles

At Elprint we recognize the harm to the environment caused by the production of electronic products and commit to reducing this in our business. We are continuously working to ensure sustainability in the production of all our products.

Important issues

We seek to reduce our carbon footprint in production and transportation, minimize defect waste, and prevent and combat corruption and bribery.

Scope

We acknowledge that we have limited influence over our suppliers in the electronic industry and beyond, but we commit to educate wherever possible, and create a list of preferred suppliers who support our ideals.

Objectives

We commit to:

Reducing defect waste by introducing an affordable test system to the market: SPRINT – a Simple Platform for Reliable IN-Circuit test.
Reducing transportation of goods and our carbon footprint by congregating the production of electronic products in one geographical region.
Ensuring that our supply chain has responsible environmental, ethical and social responsibility for the provenance of our products.
Ensuring that all our manufacturers are approved in accordance with ISO, UL, RoHS and the EU REACH Regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation of Chemicals) which includes Substances of very high concern (SVHC).
Complying with local anti-corruption, environmental, labour and health and safety laws.

We will establish clear targets and timelines for achieving our objectives and regularly monitor our progress towards them. We will engage with our stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and employees, to promote sustainability. We will invest in research and development to identify new ways to reduce our environmental impact and promote sustainability in the electronic industry. We will collaborate with industry associations and other stakeholders to promote sustainability and share best practices.
